Oct bat is not received

the bat should be received on 7th Nov ,but up to now still no bat in my sol wallet

@fountain when you were in the midst of creating this topic it should have given you a template with instructions and some questions. Sadly it seems you did not include any of that. The important part is something I’ll quote below, which is what you need to do:
