Description of the issue:
Windows
NPM RUN create_dist --skip_signing
My understanding is this will skip the portion of the signing of the installer. For my purposes, I do not need this as I have another process I need to use with the Windows Signtool. All I really want is the appropriate files all in one place so I can create the installer with another tool.
In running this, the build still seems to try to sign the files and the process gets stuck. I have been through the code and it does seems to be the correct syntax and being accepted.
