For me the issue still exist. I have to reconnect every day.
Reconnecting is flawless but next day i have to do it again.

@Mattches @steeven I also! I still have the same error and every day I have to reconnect … I reconnect today and tomorrow the error will appear again. I do not understand.

Any news on this front?

On Uphold I see “Brave Browser” and “Brave Rewards” under Authorized Applications. Also there’s cards for each of the site I added. So it seems normal on their end.

Edit: after reconnecting Uphold, the same issue just reoccurs the next day.

Of course its not these sites fault, they are ok; all this mess is sole Brave fault.


Any news about the issue? Last October the “click to verify” started to appear but after I reconnected it did not show up again. This November it is now persisting. I disconnected and reconnected several times already but after an hour the “click to verify” will appear again. I wonder if this will affect this month’s payout.

I didn’t have this problem last month. But, now in November, I’m getting the same warning: “We are having trouble communicating with Uphold. Try reconnecting.” I followed some tips from the community and nothing has changed, the problem persists. What should I do?

Same issue with me I have try but nothing done.

For me, it seems the link to uphold/dashboard in “continue to verify” crashed.
