I have 0 BAT in my Brave wallet right now but I have 0.90 BAT currently in the “Estimated pending rewards” section. My next payment date is October 5. Does that mean that on October 5, I will get 0.90 BAT sent to my Brave wallet?

Yes. Unless you earn more BAT (from Brave Ads) until the end of September.
