# Not Earning new BAT

I haven’t earned any BAT since May even though I am still receiving ads. Nothing changed on my desktop. No VPN. Just stopped earning.

I just created a support ticket and noticed that BAT rewards payout stopped in April for me. I hope someone can help with this issue.
