Not clearing data on close

Description of the issue:not clearing data when closing
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. delete browsing data on exit - all options selected.

  2. do some browsing and close browser.

  3. Run Glary’s utilities (free version)

  4. There are STILL Brave browsing data

Expected result: no data

Brave Version( check About Brave):1.96.60

Brave Support will likely want to know more exact info - what lingering Brave Browser data is revealed by Glary’s Utilities?
