Description of the issue:
No sound on Youtube.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Watch any YT video => no sound
  2. Verify that sound permission is set to auto
  3. verify that Firefox works just fine

Expected result:
Video + sound

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.27.109
