No longer able to retrieve an half completed saved puzzle

Since latest update I am no longer able to retrieve an half completed saved puzzle.


Description of the issue: Until few days ago I could save a puzzle by clicking on “Save this puzzle” to be completed at a later date, but after latest update when I hit the “Load saved puzzle” the puzzle starts from scratches, i.e. the saved version is lost. I have to rely on Edge (!!!) to properly use the puzzle website. Am I annoyed? Yes

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? It does when using MS Edge

I know you’ve said it’s not sheilds related but just to be safe have you turned on any of the following:

brave://settings/shields > Forget me when I close this site

All settings below found within:
Privacy and security = brave://settings/privacy >
Site and shield settings = brave://settings/content >

(Within PrivSec not S&SS subcat)
Delete browsing data > On Exit (Things aren’t being wiped) =
brave://settings/clearBrowserData

Check things in these places, making sure cookies/site settings are sticking around:

View permissions and data stored across sites = brave://settings/content/all

Additional content settings (subheading) > On-device site data = brave://settings/content/siteData > Specifically under section:
Not allowed to save data on your device

Otherwise maybe do some troubleshooting with:

Do you have any Extensions enabled? (yes/no, if yes, have you tried disabling them one-by-one to test?):

Do you have any other Privacy/Security applications OUTSIDE of Brave?

To name a few, such as:
VPN, e.g. ProtonVPN (with NetShield on), NordVPN (with Threat Protection on), etc.
Adblockers, e.g. uBlock Origin, AdGuard, Ghostery, etc.
Anti-Virus/Malware, e.g. BitDefender, Intego, etc.
Firewalls, e.g. Apple/Screen Time Restrictions or Microsoft’s options, Little Snitch, etc.)
(yes/no, if yes, have you tried disabling them one-by-one and/or all of them to test?):

Does the site work as expected when using another browser, including Chrome if you use/have it?
