No BATs / no brave ads for the past 2 weeks

I am not receiving any ads, no BATs added for the past 2 weeks. The Bat number is constant 7.900 but the USD decreases and increases to 1.96 - 2.00 USD.

Restored the browser to defaults, updated to latest Windows stable version.

No blocks in Firewall.
