Germany, the same issue.
After update/restart browser, still not receiving ads.
Recalled settings: Set OFF and refresh/ ON and refresh,
Set to 10 ads per hour
Brave Version 1.35.101
Chromium: 98.0.4758.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)
