On iOS, the “Top Sites” or most visited websites do not appear on the new tab page (especially in Brave, but also in other browsers). This feature works on desktop and other platforms, but it is missing or not functioning properly on iOS.

I would like the new tab page to automatically display the most frequently visited sites. Adding or fixing this feature on iOS would significantly improve the user experience.

On iOS, the NTP shows favorites rather than frequently visited sites. Sites added as favorites do automatically populate the NTP.

Will the most used sites appear in the new tab page in future updates? Or is there something we can change in the settings?
