I am certain that the following “fix” is not necessary.
Private window - Fix missing use of Nala colors #52201

The previous dark color was already dark enough. There is no mistaking what is a Brave Browser Private Window, given the already existing sharp contrast of the upper portion (URL address bar / toolbar). Private on the left (upper is new “color” / lower is prior color) and Normal on the right:
The body of the Private Window / Private Tab, does not require the intensity of darkness.
