New Background images

Can we get new background images. The ones right now have gotten old and bored of seeing them everyday. Also, they need to be Dark-theme or night theme friendly. To give an example, the snow image is too bright while working on browser in night time. I think there are some methods or extensions by which you can get images you like displayed in new tab page. But, I and many others would like in-built ones.

Option for custom background images are already being implemented:

Ability to change the background image of the Brave home page to a user chosen image

This particular feature request – changing the background image to an image of your choosing – is currently in progress. You can track that progress here.
