A word of caution, if the same problem was occurring in a new profile (as discussed earlier in this topic), this suggests that VideoDownLoader has been granted extensive permissions that are effective across multiple profiles. This is very rarely needed for any extension, much less one as mundane in function as that one likely is. Point being, there’s a good chance you have a malicious extension installed. Something for you to look into.
(This assumes that it is an extension and not some app external to the browser.)
