My Ticket was closed without Resolving issue of "Verify Wallet" as well as "Decreased BATs"

Hi Team,

I am still having issue with Verifying wallet . Its been more than 2 months and i am still struggling with it…
Moreover 10 BATs have been decreased in my wallet. I had opened a ticket but i just saw that ticket was Closed. (As Brave closes tickets with issues having timespane of more than 2 months whether issues resolves or not)

Please check my issue !!
