My seen ads have been removed from the counter

**I’ve been using rewards in the las month and I had seen almost 60 ads until yesterday; then, I decided to install Brave in my Android and link it with my uphold account.
Today, 1st of January, 2026, all my 60 ads are gone, and the counter is in 0, but in the history of ads are all the ads that I have seen in the past days.

I need help; I want all my ads back to recieve the BAT’s this next 7th of February.

I’m using Uphold

My first connection was the 22 of January, 2026 in Windows; and 31/January/2026 in Android.

Not using VPN

Colombia; Uphold is available.

@Katrion27 this is to be expected. It says “this month” for the ads viewed, right? Today is February 1. Why would it count January’s ads viewed as part of the month of February?

The count resets each month and then we get paid around the 7th (8th if you’re around India due to time zone differences), give or take a few days.

In other words, all ads seen in January get paid in February.

It’s possible that due to how close it was to the end of the month, your first payout won’t arrive until March. If you do get something, it will be a very small amount. At most maybe around 0.3 BAT for around 60 ads.
