My deposit went through from my other app but i did'nt receive it

so i withdrew crypto worth 1 dollar and there was another failed withdrawal long before it but i didn’t contact support and forgot about it on my virtual card on an app called bybit using on-chain crypto withdrawal and it said that it succeeded but i did not receive anything on my wallet account and i texted the ai support of the bybit and told me to contact the receiving wallet support instead also the on-chain was mantle (mnt on ethereum mainnet)and i would like help with this pls
