I have tried restarting and searching through every possible corner, but I still can’t find where to create an additional “user.” I am a professional user, so this is definitely due to the version. I have tried taking screenshots and asking other AIs, as well as reinstalling the software, but I still cannot find where the user window is located.

@quangminh1901 I believe you are referring to a new browser profile? This is done by hitting the three line (hamburger) menu on the upper right. Then going to More Tools → Add new profile. You can name it, choose the icon to represent the profile, etc there.
Once you create a second profile, the profile icon will always appear next to the hamburger menu and also on the browser icon on your taskbar.
To switch, you just click on the icon next to the hamburger menu and it shows all other options. From there click what you want and it opens a window in that profile.
