My BAT coins never arrived to my wallet on my Brave browser and no one is answering

Description of the issue:
Sent 26 BAT’s from Binance to my mobile Brave wallet for verification purposes, the Binance side was completed sucessfuly while the money never arrived to my Brave Wallet, I asked Uphold and they said I have to talk to Brave.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I have no idea, trying sending BAT coins from Binance again may reproduce the issue.

Expected result:
Me to receive my BAT coins in my mobile account and my account to become verified.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Latest Android version of Brave browser and Uphold app.

Mobile Device details
Samsung S20+ smart phone with latest updates.
