Nobody knows. Question is, have you submitted a support ticket or have you just been waiting?
Unfortunately, system doesn’t seem to automatically reverse things. So if you wait like the notification tells you, likely would never be unflagged.
You can essentially appeal it and ask for the flag to be removed by completing the support ticket form
