I have that exact issue on Nobara 40 (Fedora-based distro) too, 1.71.114 Chromium: 130.0.6723.58 (Official Build) (64-bit) . Try going to brave://flags/#ozone-platform-hint and checking that “Preferred Ozone Platform” is explicitly set to Wayland. Explicitly setting it to Wayland seems to have fixed…

Setting to “wayland” introduced me to other bugs (see my other post) and I had to turn it to “default”, the other problems were way worse.
