It would be great if you could great if you could add more ability to customize the toolbar and themes for New Page. I am moving from Firefox and I LOVED the ability to make my browser and new page customized to my liking instead of someone else’s. It was always a pleasure to be able to browse and look at themes that motivate and make you feel good. Brave nor Chrome does that. Firefox is right up there with privacy, however Brave has Firefox beat on speed. More customization would be greatly appreciated Thank you

THEMES (err Wallpaper?):
Just in case you missed it, and I’m not entirely clear on what you mean by THEME, but I’m guessing you mean wallpaper,
You ARE able to change the NTP (New Tab Page) wallpapers.
On the NTP, go to the COG (
) at the top right
(as it is currently, previously bottom right, might move again 
) and then
Background Image (default selection when clicking the Cog)
Making sure Show Background Images is ON
(again should be by default), then choosing:
Use your own
Then Upload from device your own wallpapers and choosing Refresh on every new tab per your preference.
Then make sure after doing these things you go back and make sure to select Use your own again for it to kick in if it hasn’t already.
TOOLBAR:
Also, I would agree it would be nice to customize the toolbar A BIT MORE, but we do have the ability to change SOME toolbar options:
Go here: brave://settings/appearance
Then: Customize your toolbar
A sidebar will pop open and you can turn things on or off… then there’s a limited amount of movement that you can do currently… I would agree if we could move things a bit more, that’d be great but again…

Now that you’ve said:
I would also point out that you can change the Theme Colors as well,
Same place as before, just above the:
Customize your toolbar in/so go back to:
brave://settings/appearance
There is Theme (Brave Colors) click on that
and you can then click the little Color Dropper at the bottom right
(just above again where it points out the Customize toolbar)
and choose your very own colour, or obviously some premade color scheme.
I’d maybe encourage you to look around the settings options a bit more and also maybe specify what exactly you want changed (you can edit your original post by clicking the pencil icon at the bottom of it) if what I’ve shared doesn’t resolve what you’d like/are looking for.
Also, no judgement, there is just SO MUCH you can do with Brave it’s quite surprising and as you can guess, they’re continuously adding to those options!
