Subject: Mobile Layout Bug: Bottom toolbar icons shift and merge with top address bar after using landscape mode
Description:
There is a layout rendering bug when rotating the device. After switching to landscape mode and back, the toolbar icons that normally sit at the bottom of the screen completely shift to the top and merge incorrectly with the address bar.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Brave Browser in portrait mode (with the toolbar/address bar set to the bottom configuration).
- Rotate the device into landscape mode.
- Observe the layout shift, then rotate the device back to portrait mode.
- The bottom icons remain stuck at the top, overlapping or merging awkwardly with the top address bar.
Expected Result:
The bottom toolbar icons should remain at the bottom of the screen (or return to their correct position) to keep the user interface clean and usable.
Actual Result:
The UI elements overlap at the top of the screen, making it difficult to tap the icons or read the address bar.
