missing of brave ads

i have around 190 around but in the sudden i got only 135 ads only it is showing what should i do

As was shared before, when the browser recently updated it introduced a change. If an ad pays 0 BAT then it doesn’t increase the counter. They are setting it so that it only counts paid ads.

So those ads that “disappeared” in the update were the ones that paid nothing. And going forward it’s possible/probably you’ll see a lower count of ads since it’s not including the House Ads that pay nothing. I really do suggest you try searching for existing topics before creating any in the future. As you can see, it gets old seeing people just rushing in to ask the same question and people having to repeat themselves over and over.

I 100% agree that people should use the search function more… though in my experience search has not been all that helpful…
UNTIL I REALIZED THE FULL POTENTIONAL OF THE SEARCH FEATURE
When clicking the magnifying glass and searching, or the autopopulated Topics when typing in my own post they’ve often been useless…
HOWEVER, AFTER DISCOVERING THE “FILTER” OPTION, THAT BEING THE “SWITCHES” BUTTON TO THE RIGHT OF THE SEARCH FIELD in the popdown menu from magnifying glass… WHICH THEN EVENTUALLY LED TO: https://community.brave.app/search
and finding ALL the extra filter options, especially/including “SORT BY:” “LATEST POST”
Search feature was useless until then… so it might be worth while pointing that out to people…
It sadly took me some time before I realized how helpful the Community Search function CAN be.
(and I don’t mean to seem to yell with caps, just want EMPHASIS :wink:)
