I am using Brave Rewards with a self-custody Solana wallet.
My BAT payouts for July 2026 and August 2026 have not been received.
My Solana wallet address:
5CE1E8FSwNKkwA2F
The payout/source address that has previously sent BAT to my wallet is:
F3WqKwvvz1iq2Ejr
My Brave Rewards account is still connected and shows the correct Solana wallet address. There is no warning or connection error.
I have also verified that the same payout source address is still sending BAT to other wallets.
For example, another Brave Rewards wallet received:
+1.1421 BAT approximately 6 days ago
from F3WqKwvvz1iq2Ejr
My wallet’s most recent BAT payout was:
+1.23895 BAT approximately 2 months ago
from F3WqKwvvz1iq2Ejr
Since the payout source is still sending BAT to other wallets, could you please check my Rewards profile and confirm:
- Whether my July 2026 payout was generated.
- Whether my August 2026 payout was generated.
- Whether either payout is pending, failed, skipped, or being retried.
- Whether my Rewards profile has any payout restriction or flag.
- Whether there is a payout ID or transaction ID associated with my missing July and August payouts.
Please do not reset or disconnect my Rewards profile or wallet. I would like to keep the current Solana payout connection.
