Missing BAT in uphold

I’m using my laptop right now, and last month when July payment came out I received an error saying I reached uphold’s account limit. So I linked my laptop’s Brave into my girlfriend’s uphold account. Now, in august payment my girlfriend received BAT normally in uphold, but in my laptop nothing came. There’s 9.5BAT in rewards settings but in uphold there’s 3.5BAT and 2.5BAT from august pending that never came
