I started using Brave Rewards and began earning BAT on August 7, 2026. I accumulated BAT from August 7 through September 7, 2026, and expected the corresponding payout to be processed in the September 7, 2026 payout cycle.
However, I did not receive any BAT or BAT-Solana token from that payout. My wallet balance is still exactly 0 BAT.
The Rewards interface still shows two separate indicators that the payout was completed/paid, even though nothing was actually credited to my wallet.
What is especially confusing is that the interface has already moved on to the next payout cycle for October 7, 2026, even though the September 7, 2026 payout has still not actually reached my wallet. I do not understand why the system has already moved to the October 7 cycle while the September 7 payout is still missing.
I am experiencing the same issue on both Windows 11 and Android.
Could someone please help me understand what happened to the September 7 payout and whether this is a known issue with BAT-Solana payouts?
