Description of the issue: When using macOS Tahoe Phone app to make a call, after a dial Brave opens and call does not proceed. Brave seems to be the culprit, because if I delete it, calls proceed as they supposed to. Brave is NOT my default browser. How do I disassociate the Phone app from opening Brave? The ONLY remedy seems to be deleting Brave from my Mac.

Use built-in dialer to dial a number

Click green Call button
Expected result: App proceeds to make a phone call
