# Maccabi-dent OTP crash

I’m unable to log into [maccabi-dent.com](http://maccabi-dent.com). Any time I enter my credentials to get the login OTP, the site crashes (Error code: RESULT\_CODE\_KILLED\_BAD\_MESSAGE).  
Deleting cookies, clearing the cache, and using incognito mode haven’t helped.  
The issue also persists on Android.  
The site works correctly in Microsoft Edge.

**Description of the issue:**  
**How can this issue be reproduced?**

1. Go to [https://maccabi-dent.com/האזור-האישי/](https://maccabi-dent.com/%D7%94%D7%90%D7%96%D7%95%D7%A8-%D7%94%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A9%D7%99/)

2. Enter your ID and DoB.

3. Site crashes on the OTP entry window.

**Expected result:**

Site should remain open and allow entering the OTP.

**Brave Version( check `About Brave`):**

v 1.95.101
