Description of the issue: I just switched from using Chrome to Brave. Immediately, I have noticed when watching any videos, especially YouTube, the FPS runs at about 15 in browser. I have an Nvidia GPU and Intel onboard GPU.
I have tried adjusting my Nvidia Control Panel settings to increase the Background Application Max Frame Rate - unsuccessful
I tried adjusting my System > Display > Graphics > Brave Browser > GPU Performance to both High Performance and Power Saving - unsuccessful
I tried disabling my browser extensions - unsuccessful
I tried disabling GPU acceleration in browser - unsuccessful
I tried testing a new profile - unsuccessful
