Limit Reached on Payout Account

Briefly describe your issue: I went through uninstalling and installing different browsers and now ended up preferring Brave and when I go to setup Payout Account getting the message in the title. Can this be fixed?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)

Android 16; Build/BP2A.250605.031.A3

Brave 1.85.120, Chromium 143.0.7499.192

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer)Uphold

Are you in a supported region? (see here for list of supported regions) Yes

@axiskernel you talking about trying to link to Solana? If so, you just have to create another Solana address. Only 4 profiles can be connected to one specific Solana wallet at a time. If you exceed that limit, the only thing you can do is the new wallet address. There is not currently a way to stop the prior connections

@Saoiray I was trying to re-link my Uphold account after re-installing the Brave app.

@axiskernel they removed limits for Uphold accounts a while back. There should be no issue there. Is it actually giving you a message that you reached a limit or what is happening?

The ones saying device limit reached or something when trying to connect to Uphold is usually more of an antifraud thing than an actual limit. For that you would need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.app/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 to see if they can help.

Supported ticket created. Thanks for the link.
