**Briefly describe your issue:** -I didn’t receive my October payment, and the last ad displayed on my screen was on November 9th. **What Operating System and Brave version are you using?** -Windows 10 Pro, Brave Version 1.31.91 **Is your browser wallet currently verified?** -Yes **What date did you verify your wallet?** 04/23/2021, 12:25:36 PM **Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** -Yes **Are you using a VPN?** -No **Are you in a supported region?** -Yes **Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??** -Yes ---

I haven’t received rewards as well and I’m not getting paid for seeing ads now. ---

same issue! payment did not come through Gemini. A warning came out saying that there was an issue and i lost my BAT without being able to do anything… Brave Reward system is soooo buggy!!! ---

Please DM with the following information: - Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on `brave://rewards-internals`) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in `brave://version`) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings --> Brave Rewards`.
