I've had 8 rejected for sending a coin from the wallet using the Wallet Send feature

@TennisAce45 You can get your seed phrase (12 words) through Back up now here- brave://wallet/crypto/accounts

Keep in mind you may not be able to backup all your accounts through the seed phrase (12 words). You should save private keys of each account as well. Click on each account on the same page and then click on the small pencil icon to get private keys.

Please see what I have when I go to that link.

This is Crypto Wallets, please go to brave://settings/wallet and for default wallet select Brave Wallet (Prefer extensions) then restart the browser. Then the link will work for you.

We are progressing forward. I now have the recovery phrase. THANK YOU!!!

But, when I went to metamask and reestablished it with that recovery word the empty wallet had a different address than the wallet on my brave browser.

Do you have a 12-words seed phrase or 24 words?

24 word seed phrase.

You have a legacy seed phrase phrase (24-words) that Brave used to provide in old wallets. I don’t think there is a way you can import same accounts in Metamask using this. Importing will only work with brave wallet (when you select “import using legacy seed phrase”).

You have 2 options-

  • Send your funds to a newly created Metamask wallet (this one will have a 12-word seed phrase). This I think you have been unable to do so. Can you post a screenshot of the error that you get? Also make sure your Brave is updated and using latest version of Brave wallet brave://components/.
  • Create a new wallet in Metamask and and import your each account on Brave Wallet using Private keys.
