The Brave Team will never ask you for your recovery phrase or private key.
Description of the issue: Cannot link existing wallet to my second device
Is the issue occurring on a specific network? No
What operating system are you using? Android
Brave Version (check About Brave): Brave 1.84.133, Chromium 142.0.7444.53
Additional Information:
1 - I’m going to screen where it shows “Browser native. Self-custody. And multi-chain. etc” where you have two options “Need a new wallet?” and “Already have a wallet?”
2 - When I select Already have a wallet, it asks recovery phrases with “Import an existing wallet” and I add all the phrases correctly.
3 - After I click Continue, it asks for me to “Create a password” which I write my password and even allowing fingerprint.
4 - Final page show’s “You’re all set!” and when I click “Go to my portfolio” it says “Double tap screen to continue”, doing that brings me back to screen at step 1.
Expected Behavior: After final page, I would expect to go to my portfolio and use my wallet.
Am I missing something here or is linking the same wallet to another device is forbidden?
