I’m experiencing a strange behavior with the vertical tabs feature in Brave Browser on one of my profiles.
Problem:
- My vertical tabs sidebar is always in a minimized state, even though I never toggled any setting to make it that way
- The tabs only expand when I hover my mouse over them
- Once I move my mouse away from the vertical tabs panel, it immediately minimizes again
- This forces me to constantly hover to see my open tabs
What I’ve Noticed:
- This issue only occurs on one specific Brave profile
- My other Brave profiles display vertical tabs normally in an expanded, non-minimized state
- The hover-to-expand behavior suggests the feature is working, but the default state is wrong
