iOS/ iPadOS version 1.90 broken

Anyone else have this issue where it won’t load into favorites tab. Just a blank screen. Can’t select anything.

Looked in settings and there’s no recovery mode to at least pull my bookmarks out.

Version 1.90.1 fixed issue
