I want to change my settings on viewing Brave ads

Earlier today I downloaded Brave, and during the setup I agreed to see Brave ads. I thought it would just be ads on webpages, but I didn’t know I’d have to be clicking away ads as notifications. I’ve been trying to see where I change that so I don’t have to see those ad notifications, but I can’t see where I do that.

P.S. I don’t know what that tag is I selected in order to send this email, but none of the three available tags applied to me.

Thanks for reaching out.
Ads appear initially as OS push notifications to the user. When clicked, a new tab page containing the associated ad open in-browser. At this time, this is the only form in which Ads can take when enabled.
Please note that:

• This feature is still in its infancy – only ~3mo. old. There are many changes and improvements we intend to make as we move forward.
• You can enable/disable Brave Ads at any time in Settings.
• You receive compensation for viewing the ad notification even if you don’t click on or engage with the ad.
