I lost my sync on linux

I had opened sync during Windows but decided to transition to Linux, initially using Pop_Os. However, every way, I was able to initially log my sync to Pop_Os but due to problems I had with this distro, I decided to change and realized that I made the mistake of not generating a new code and lost passwords and other important things. How should I proceed?

The sync phrase consists of the seed itself (24 words) and the 25th word. The 25th word changes on a regular basis and can be found at the link below.
