# I lost BAT after linking to uphold wallet

**Briefly describe your issue:**  
I verified my uphold account today and connected it to my brave wallet. I had 18 bat accumulated and only 10 of those were sent to the uphold wallet. should I be worried?

**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?**  
Windows, 1.32.113

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**  
Yes

**What date did you verify your wallet?**  
29/11/2021 (today)

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?**  
Yes, on the browser wallet, before linking to Uphold

**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**  
no

**Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?**  
Yes, Brazil

**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??**  
Yes
