This is a good change.
But, the only issue I have is if the user can aslo start the communication with brave team members.
It is upto brave team to decide. But, the current new setup is also good.

Yep, I totally agree. Since the new change I’ve been like I wanna talk to some support team member but just cant, I have to go and find our old DM to do the same
