Brave replied on December 8th, telling me that a deposit had recently been made to my Uphold account and that I should check with them (01). I did so, and on December 9th, Uphold support responded, telling me to wait, as payment processes often take time (02).
The days passed, but the question and the worry remained. Then came the New Year, which should have been happy, but it wasn’t, at least not here. Finally, on January 6th, 2026, I received the December reward payment, but never the November one (03).
On December 8th, Brave Support sent me two emails, 75 minutes apart. The one shown above was actually the second one, received at 7:50 AM PST. Here’s the first one, which I received at 6:35 AM PST, and it says: “Thank you for reaching out to Brave Support. A recent deposit can be seen directly in your Uphold account.”
