Two things I am seeing. First, it looks like you have Auto-Contribute enabled in your screenshot. Not sure if you’ve had that long enabled, at which point it would be taking BAT each month.
But more importantly, you’re not connected (what used to be called verified) on your Rewards. Therefore you can’t earn BAT. It’s been like that all year. https://brave.com/rewards-changes/
