**Briefly describe your issue:** **What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?** Windows 10 Home [Versão 1.35.100 Chromium: 98.0.4758.87 (Compilação oficial) (64 bits)](https://brave.com/latest/) **Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)** Yes **What date did you verify your wallet?** more than a year ago **Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** I couldn’t get the December payment but other than that, yes no problem **Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)** No **Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?** Yes **Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?** ---
