# I had over 18 BAT from ads and at least 9 pending and they just disappeared the other day, were returned a CPL days later and now gone again 🙄

I was contacted by someone from the Brave team and my BAT was returned temporarily and when I got online today I saw all my BAT was gone again, hopefully this isn’t a reoccurring theme as I do support what Brave is doing

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on `brave://rewards-internals`)
- Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in `brave://version`)
- A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings --> Brave Rewards`.
