**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?** 1.37.110 **Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)** No **What date did you verify your wallet?** **Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** This is first time **Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)** No **Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?** **Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?** **Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??** ---

I think you have to update your browser and then wait for the claim button. What operating system are you using? Rewards are still processing so if you’re thinking you missed the claim button no worries, many of us are still waiting and expect it will appear over the next few days. If this is the case then this post and linked payment status might help: [Brave rewards (BAT) May I ask why my BAT hasn't been sent to my Gemini? All settings are correct and verified.
