# I can´t receive BAT for months

I lost my previous wallet a few months ago and ever since I created this one I´ve only received 0,25 Bat in total.

**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?**  
Windows/ [  
Version 1.37.113 Chromium: 100.0.4896.88 (64 bits)

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**  
No

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?**  
With my previous wallet yes.

**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**  
No

**Are you in a supported region?**  
Yes
