To backup IMAP emails, I first configure the email account in a desktop email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird, which synchronizes all mailbox data locally through the IMAP protocol. Once the emails are fully synced, I export the mailbox to a local file format like PST (in Outlook) or MBOX (in Thunderbird) and store it securely on my system or external drive. This method ensures that all emails, folders, and attachments are preserved offline and can be restored or accessed even if the mail server becomes unavailable.
This has nothing to do with Brave and you’re talking about another companies product. ![]()
