How can we add tiles when we open a new tab, this is a must, can’t find anywhere to do it. ???

Currently it’s not possible. Those tiles is populated based on your browsing history. An issue logged for customization option.
Ok it would be much more customer satisfaction to be able to customize it ourselves.
