How do I stop Brave from fetching updates automatically? It eats up my data plan

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Brave fetches updates automatically. I want to only fetch updates when I am using a public wifi (usually at the library)

Expected result: I desire to turn off the automatic fetch feature.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.94.117
