Uphold has started a very annoying process to log in, where you have to confirm it’s you their app, and I don’t want to have the app on my phone. So I set up an external wallet and transferred everything there. I just recieved my payout for December and it was deposited to my Uphold account. How can I stop it from doing that and deposit it to my external wallet instead?
@Dan33185 If you wish to have payments directed to your self-custody wallet, you can reset the Rewards profile and then connect your wallet with the below instructions.
@Dan33185 not sure when you switched? But if it was just recent then it would kick in for the following payments. As you showed, it is currently connected to Solana and that’s where payments should be.
If you were connected to Uphold at all in December, then any ads you saw in that time period would have been sent to Uphold. When you reset, it would have created a new Rewards profile. Any ads seen after you completed the connection to Solana should be paid to Solana.
If this happened at the end of December or early here in January, then likely your first Solana payout will be in February which will be for January’s ads.
